		<description>Good for you for not being intimidated by bread baking.   The instructions and time allotment are always daunting until you understand the basics, then you realize it is so simple.  Clearly bread has been baked from the beginning of time and I assure you they didn't sit around watching it with a stop watch and kneading the heck out of it. 

I always want to cut into it right out of the oven.  I agree with you that waiting the 30 minutes or so is the hardest part :)</description>
